Thank you for choosing Roltek SaaS. We strive to provide high-quality IoT services and platform experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for subscription purchases.

1. Free Plan

Our Cloud Free plan is completely free and does not require any payment. As such, no refunds are applicable for this plan.

2. Paid Plans

If you purchase a paid subscription (such as Cloud Premium or Cloud Enterprise), you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the initial payment.
  • The account has not been actively used (e.g., devices added, data streamed, dashboards created).

If either condition is not met, no refund will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@roltek.com.tr with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for the refund request

Once your request is received, we will review it within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome.

4. No Refunds for Renewals

Automatic renewals of paid plans are non-refundable. We recommend managing your subscription settings and canceling before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may issue a refund beyond the 7-day period if a billing error or technical issue occurred on our part.
