1. Choosing a Plan
To use the platform, you must subscribe to a plan that matches your needs. Plans may vary by the number of users, devices, connections, and bandwidth limits.
To view plans:
- Go to the “Subscribe Now” section.
- Select the appropriate plan and click “Professional” or “Enterprise”.
2. Payment Information
After selecting a plan, you’ll be directed to the payment screen. You may be asked to enter:
- Cardholder Name
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- CVC Security Code
3. Billing Information
You’ll be required to enter complete billing details for invoicing:
- Company or individual name
- Address
- City / District
- Country
- ZIP / Postal Code
- Tax Number (if applicable)
These details will be saved and automatically applied to your future invoices.
4. Invoice and Subscription Access
Once the payment is successful:
- Your account is upgraded to the selected plan
- A digital invoice is sent via email or available for download
- Subscription duration and next billing date are displayed
Note: Monthly or annual subscriptions may renew automatically, depending on the plan.
5. Update or Cancel Subscription
- Visit the billing page to manage your current subscription
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan
- If canceled, your access continues until the end of the billing cycle
