To access the platform, users must authenticate using a valid email address and password. Once logged in, users can interact with devices, dashboards, and system features according to their permissions.

How to Log In

1. Go to the login screen.
2. Enter your registered email and password.
3. Click the “Log In” button.
4. If your credentials are valid, you’ll be redirected to the dashboard.
5. If the login fails, an error message will be displayed.

Forgot Password / Reset Flow

If you forget your password, follow the steps below to reset it:

1. On the login screen, click “Forgot your password?”
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Click “Send Reset Link”.
4. You’ll receive an email with a password reset link.
5. Click the link and create a new password.
6. Log in again using the new password.

Note: For security, reset links expire after a limited time (e.g., 1 hour).

Recommended Password Policy

• Minimum 8 characters
• Must include uppercase and lowercase letters
• At least 1 number
• At least 1 special character (e.g., ! @ # $ %)
